“Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”
Scripture
2 Timothy 2:3 — “Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”
Observation
Read it twice, slowly. What does the passage actually say? Note the verbs, the promises, and who is doing the action.
Application
Nobody signs up for a soldier's life expecting comfort. Do not be shocked that following him costs something today.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for this word. Show me where it lands in my life today, and give me the will to act on it and not just read it. Amen.
